Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to Personal Work Dashboard, a private desktop application developed and owned by Anastasiia Misiulia.
1. Personal-use software
The current version of Personal Work Dashboard is intended for private personal use by its developer. It is not offered as a public SaaS service and no public user accounts are provided through this website.
2. Google services
Certain features depend on Google Calendar and Google Drive APIs. Access is granted only through Google OAuth authorization and can be revoked at any time through Google Account settings.
3. Local application data
The application stores its working data and configuration locally on the computer where it is installed. The user is responsible for maintaining backups of local application data when needed.
4. Availability
The application is provided as a personal productivity tool and may be changed, updated, interrupted or discontinued by its developer at any time.
5. Third-party services
Google Calendar, Google Drive and any linked meeting platforms are third-party services. Their availability and behavior are governed by their own terms and policies.
6. No resale or redistribution
Unless explicitly authorized by the owner, the application and its private builds are not intended for resale, public redistribution or commercial sublicensing.
7. Privacy
Use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
